If you are requesting a driver record and do not have an active DPPA Security Access Code, your request will contain non-personal driving information. Your requested record will not contain personal information of the record holder. If you need to request a record with non-personal information, click here.
Businesses, Partnerships, Corporations, Government Agencies, LLC’s, and News Media, with an active DPPA Security Access Code, may apply for permissions to request records through their online MyDMV account.
- To create an online account, make sure to have your active DPPA Security Access Code, and click here.
- If you already have a MyDMV account and need to add your DPPA Access Code to your account, login here and request your DPPA Security Access Code be added to your account.
- If your business or organization has already established a MyDMV account, please contact the administrator on the account to add you to have permissions to request records on their behalf.
- If you have a MyDMV account and already have permissions to request a driver license record, click here to begin your request.
To obtain, modify, or reactivate a DPPA Security Access Code, complete Form 4678, Request for Security Access Code. Once the Request for Security Access Code has been approved, you may request permissions on your MyDMV account to request records. Electronically submitted requests are processed in the order they are received.
